You may return the items purchased from Warawara's online store within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note that all products are to be returned in their original condition.

Email us at info@wara.us with your order number and reason for return; we will process your request and provide you with a return address (different from the contact us address).

The cost of shipment and tax, customs, import duties and the administration costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the client and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the product is returned for reasons other than a quality issue, the cost of return shipping would be the responsibility of the customer.

You'll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped. Delivery times are 5-15 working days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent.

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Warawara.

Warawara insures each purchase during its time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, signature by the third party is deemed to be sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Warawara.

Our goods are crafted with a combination of hand and machine techniques; small imperfections or variations in shape, size, and color should not be seen as faults.

LEATHER: Color differences, grain changes, wrinkles, or marks are not uncommon. Depending on the type of leather, it can show these characteristics in varying amounts, which is part of the beauty of the leather and will not be accepted as faults.

FABRIC: The nylon fabric is water-resistant, meaning it can repel water to a degree, but prolonged exposure to water or allowing water to sit on the surface may cause it to seep through.
